PARTY BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your booking.
  • Complete payment for the party must be done 5 days prior to the party date.
  • The party booking caters to a minimum of 8 children including the birthday child. Extra children can be added for an additional fee.
  • “No outside food or drinks” is permitted inside the venue except for the birthday cake.
  • No pinatas or confetti to be brought into our business. Additional cleaning charges will apply otherwise.
  • To accommodate for extras for the party, example extra children or food and drinks, a tab must be opened for the party by providing us a credit/debit card or minimum  $100 cash.

Private Venue Hire Booking Conditions

Noted below are our conditions of entry that must be complied with for admission to our venue:

  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS permitted in our venue (except when a Hire-Only private hire booking is made). The only exception being a birthday cake.  
  • A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your booking.
  • Full party payment is due 5 days prior to your event, which is June 12, 2023 (Monday).
  • A maximum of 120 individuals [children and adults] can be allowed into our venue for your event.

 

– For any extras (extra kids, drinks, coffees etc.) to be ordered for your party on the day of the event, you will be required to open a tab with us for which we will need to hold your bank card or min. $100 cash as security. Once the party finishes, you can collect your card/cash back and pay the extras as you please (via cash or card).

– No alcohol is permitted in the venue.

– Socks must be worn by children and adults in the play areas.

– Individuals over 11 years of age are not permitted to play in our centre.

– All children must be supervised by their accompanying carer. Kids Mania staff do not provide children supervision.

– Please make yourself familiar with our playground rules and safety information displayed in-store

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • In case you must cancel your event, the $100 or $250 deposit made at the time of booking is not refundable. This fee is not refundable in any circumstance. Any amount in excess of the non-refundable deposit will be refunded to your bank account.
  • The party booking is non-transferable. In case you must cancel your event, you will NOT be offered a secondary date (for hosting your event) and the $100 or $250 deposit will not be refunded. If you’d still wish to host your event at another date, you will have to secure another date by paying a separate non-refundable deposit for the new date.
