Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case you must cancel your event, the $100 (for a birthday party) or $250 (in case of a private venue hire) is not refundable, under any circumstance. Any amount in excess of the non-refundable deposit will be refunded to your bank account only. Cash refunds are not permissible.

In case you must cancel your event, you will not be offered a secondary date (for hosting your event) and the $100 (for a birthday party) or $250 (in case of a private venue hire) deposit will not be refunded. If you’d still wish to host your event at Kids Mania at another date, you will have to secure the date by paying a separate non-refundable deposit for the new date.
